SEO Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager, with a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies, to be based in the Marbella area. This role includes managing SEO for both existing and new websites. Reporting directly to the Head of Publishing, the SEO Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our online presence, boost organic traffic, and manage SEO budget distribution. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience in the gambling and/or crypto sectors will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Management & execution

• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for both existing and new websites.
• Manage link building strategies and coordinate with influencers and other relevant platforms for backlink opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Head of Publishing on SEO budget distribution.
• Monitor SEO trends, emerging technologies, and changes in algorithms to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with content development.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the Head of Publishing and other key stakeholders to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing SEO insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with teams across the organization to ensure SEO best practices are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an SEO role, with a focus on both on-page and off-page SEO.
• Openness to embrace new techniques and up-and-coming trends in the SEO field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the gambling and/or crypto sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
