Product Growth Manager

Driving Platform Success through Strategic Growth and Exceptional User Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Growth Manager to spearhead the growth and development of our new Product. This role focuses on business development, product development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive platform success. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Product Growth Manager will work closely with the development, SEO, and streaming teams, among others, to ensure continuous growth and an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, market penetration, and platform growth.

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and affiliations with industry players, influencers, and content creators.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Create a comprehensive growth strategy for the platform, including marketing, promotions, and partnerships.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to drive user growth and retention.

Product:

  • Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Develop product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.

  • Work with SEO and streaming teams to optimize platform performance and user engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the streaming or digital media industry.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of customer support best practices and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Demonstrated experience working closely with product development teams.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
