Position Overview

The Commercial Manager at Wedia Group is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our brands and commercial partners, ensuring maximum engagement. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for a blend of affiliate management, account management, business development, and partnership organisation and optimization. As a Commercial Manager, you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of not only amplifying our brands but also shaping the future. Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire, build, and nurture relationships with new operators.
  • Monitor, optimize, and manage existing operator partnerships, ensuring maximum engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with in-house streamer teams to align goals and optimize performance.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand network and stay current on market trends.
  • Identify new market entrants and new opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams for strategic onboarding.
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial terms in alignment with company strategy, including CPA, Revenue Share, fixed fee and hybrid deals.
  • Develop and maintain pricing and pipeline structures for Wedia Group assets.
  • Proactively build and grow a sales pipeline through various outreach methods.
  • Keep up to date with regulations and compliance requirements within the industry, ensuring all partnerships are compliant.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with in-house stakeholders to optimize partner prioritization and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect marketing materials, ensuring alignment and campaign performance optimization.
  • Administer and oversee Wedia Group’s operator accounts, ensuring all links, deals, and campaigns are updated and accurately recorded.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Interpret and understand key performance indicators to inform better business decisions.
  • Audit and validate data regularly to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct monthly customer reporting to highlight key trends & issues, providing actionable insights for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Account Management experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proficient in understanding and analyzing data to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal prowess.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving commercial goals.
  • Team player with a knack for collaborative work.
  • Openness to travel as needed.
  • Prior experience in iGaming on both the affiliate and operator side would be advantageous.
